Dealership Accelerator is an intelligent conversation layer that simply connects to your existing CRM system and runs in the background to engage your leads. How does Dealership Accelerator handle old leads?

Since our tool integrates with your existing CRM system, in addition to engaging with new leads it can also reinvigorate old leads. It does this by reviewing the conversation history for each lead and restarting the conversation with a contextual question designed to elicit a response.

How does Dealership Accelerator give a lead accurate vehicle information?

We connect to your inventory system so that when a lead asks a vehicle-specific question — or asks what red SUVs are in-stock, for example — our DRIVE AI assistant can pull up this information and send it directly to the lead. Unlike most generic chatbots, Dealership Accelerator doesn’t need to hand information requests off to a sales rep, which just takes up sales team time and slows down the process.
