Our Commitment
Dealership Accelerator is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our website usable for as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is also the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for public-facing websites.
Measures We Take
To support accessibility, our website includes:
- Semantic HTML landmarks and a "Skip to main content" link for keyboard and screen-reader users.
- Full keyboard navigation for menus, dialogs, and forms, with visible focus indicators.
- Text and interface color combinations that target a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and accessible names for icon-only controls.
- Programmatically associated labels and error messages on form fields.
- Respect for the operating-system "reduce motion" preference, which pauses non-essential animation.
- Support for browser zoom and text resizing up to 200% without loss of content or function.
Accessibility Toolbar
Every page includes an accessibility toolbar, opened from the button in the lower-left corner. It lets you adjust the experience to your needs, with preferences saved on your device for future visits:
- Increase text size in steps up to 140%.
- Underline all links and switch to a plainer, more readable font.
- Pause non-essential motion and animation.
- Emphasize the keyboard focus indicator.
These tools are a convenience layered on top of an accessible foundation, not a replacement for it.
Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We regularly review our website against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and address issues as they are identified. Because our site evolves over time, some content may not yet fully meet our target standard; where we find shortcomings, we work to correct them promptly.
Third-Party Content
Some parts of our website rely on third-party tools and embedded content (for example, scheduling and calendar widgets). We do not control the accessibility of these third-party services, but if you encounter difficulty using any of them, please contact us and we will help you complete your task through an alternative method.
Feedback and Assistance
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter a barrier, need information in an alternative format, or require assistance completing any task, please contact us:
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within five business days. Please describe the issue, the page URL, and the assistive technology or browser you were using so we can reproduce and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
